As part of the observance of International Day Against Drug Abuse – 2025, an awareness rally and public program were organized in collaboration with the Mangalore City Police, National Service Scheme (NSS) unit, and the Nitte Institute of Professional Education.
Office bearers and members of Coastal Friends Mangalore (R) actively participated in the rally, expressing strong support for the Mangalore Police’s fight against drug abuse and promoting public awareness and civic responsibility in the battle against narcotics.
This initiative served as a reminder that drug abuse not only destroys individuals and families but also weakens the foundation of our society. Events like these help reinforce the importance of prevention, early education, and united action to build a healthier, drug-free future for the next generation.
